    I love it that he cannot get rid of the guy and a woman in a flowery dress comes in to take control of things. As a PS — I am not sure that is Berkeley — he has been teaching at another law school and that room does not look familiar to me. And, i cannot imagine that many students being willing to take a class with that guy.

    and just to be clear, I don’t think Yoo should be fired for his political opinions, I think he should be fired for violating the standards of professional responsibility which makes one unfit to teach in a professional school. For more on this:

    a former ABF doctoral fellow is a 2d year at Boalt this fall, and she says NO ONE wants to take anything from Yoo. Boalt was forced to hire an adjunct to teach con law, but that doesn’t really satisfy all the professional needs here–a clerkship letter from an adjunct isn’t that helpful (but probably still worth more than a clerkship letter from Yoo).
