I didn't know Yoo fears disbarment from the Calif. bar. I knew he was at Chapman & that many students were refusing to take his classes. I was happy that several of the lawyers mentioned in the NY Times article were out of a job, Alberto Gonzalez being my favorite. I wrote a protest letter to Chevron as a shareholder. It seems to be if these guys aren't held accountable, the next president can round up another "yes sir" posse, & proceed in Bush's footsteps. Hot Diggity!
