Bush Lied. Can We Sue?

As more & more people fess up after leaving the administration, I just feel angrier & angrier.  Geez, can we citizens sue them or their boss?  I guess not–frustrating…  Pet peeve of mine: dishonesty.

    Without reading the article (I assume it is about the press secretary) – here are my answers:

    Bush lied: what’s new?

    Can we sue: probably, but you will lose and waste a lot of money.

    Many states have laws that prevent convicted criminals from profiting from books detailing their depredations. Perhaps a similar statute could be enacted to cover fellows like Mr. McClellan.
