Professor Sues Students

As a former law student, it seems to me that a law professor suing his students is Not A Good Thing. Since there are actual professors who read this blog, I’d be interested in their comments. Students, a/k/a potential defendants, are welcome to comment, too.

    Oh the things I wish I could sue my students for. Flip flops in February for starters.
